The Lester Society
The Lester Society recognizes generous donors who support Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ’s UJA Annual Campaign through endowment commitments of $100,000 or more. Established by William (z’’l) and Betty (z’’l) Lester in 1993, it was one of the first Jewish community endowment societies in the country. Read more.
Lion of Judah Endowment
When a Lion of Judah endows her UJA Annual Campaign gift by establishing an endowment of at least $100,000, she makes a commitment to support, sustain, and build Jewish life in perpetuity—across the street and around the world. It is the most precious legacy a woman can leave. Read more.
Lester Society and Lion of Judah Endowment (LOJE) donors, about 400 individuals and couples past and present, provide resources to secure our community’s future. Their legacies and commitments total about $100 million. Last year, the legacy gifts of past Lester Society and LOJE donors accounted for nearly 10 percent of the Federation’s UJA Annual Campaign.
New Century Fund
The New Century Fund recognizes generous donors who support the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ’s UJA Annual Campaign through endowment commitments between $10,000 - $99,000. Donors to the New Century Fund help secure the future of our Greater MetroWest Jewish community for generations to come, ensuring that no Jew in need is ever turned away. The Ner Tamid Society
These distinguished donors have supported Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ’s UJA Annual Campaign for 25 years or more. Their giving, at any level, sustains Jewish values and ensures the future of the Jewish community locally, in Israel, and around the world. Read more.
